To log in, you must have an active AMA website account. Select “Login” and enter your usual AMA web credentials (the same email and password you use on the AMA website). Once logged in, you’ll be taken directly into the event website. 

If you've forgotten or just want to reset your password, you can reset it here. If you're not sure if you have an active account or don’t know your login email, contact the AMA at helpdesk@albertadoctors.org. 

After several unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be locked out. This is to keep your account secure by preventing unauthorized access. There are three ways to unlock your account: 

1. Wait. The system unlocks after 15 minutes. 

2. Reset your password. After completing the process, you can log in with your new password. 

3. Contact the AMA Helpdesk at helpdesk@albertadoctors.org. 

Once you’ve found the session you’d like to attend: 

1. Click the calendar icon beside the session. 

2. Select your calendar type: Apple, Google, Office 365, Outlook, Outlook.com, or Yahoo. 

3. A calendar (.ics) file will download automatically. 

4. Import the file into your calendar.

3. Find the session 

4. Click the Join button. 
Note: If the webinar hasn't started yet, you won't see a Join button; you will see a countdown timer. The Join button will appear after the countdown has ended. You may need to click on the "Register for Session" button if the Join button doesn't appear automatically. 

Yes, the sessions are completely free to attend. We encourage you to log in and have a look around at your convenience.

Some sessions are only available to specific groups (e.g., physicians), and others require additional registration (e.g., Networks of Practice). 

You should be able to see the webinar categories you're eligible to attend as clickable tabs on the Sessions page. If you're missing a category or have questions about the webinar categories, email events@albertadoctors.org. 

Recently recorded sessions will appear under the “Sessions” section, tagged as an On-Demand session a few days after the session took place. 

1. Click on 'Sessions,' 

2. Select the webinar series, 

3. Scroll down past the upcoming webinars until you see webinars labelled as "On-Demand" 

4. Once you locate the webinar you're interested in, either click the link to view the PDF resource or click the 'Play' button to watch the recording. 

Older session recordings can be found on the "Past Recordings" page. Older resources can be found on the "Documents" page.
