Frequently Asked Questions


vFairs is an all-in-one events platform that enables organizations, like AMA, to host virtual, in-person, and hybrid events of all types. The platform hosts custom branded event sites, streamlining the attendee journey.

To log in, you must have an active AMA account profile.

Cick the vFairs link provided. Select “Login” and enter your usual AMA web credentials (the same email and password you use on the AMA website). Once logged in, you’ll be taken directly into the event website.

If you've forgotten or just want to reset your password, you can reset it here.

After several unsuccessful attempts to login your account may be locked out. This is to keep your account secure by preventing unauthorized access. There are three ways to unlock your account:

Wait. The system unlocks after 15 minutes.

Reset your password. After completing the process, you can log in with your new password.

Yes, the vFairs platform is compatible with any computer or mobile device and any browser.

Once you’ve found the session you’d like to attend:

Click the calendar icon beside the session.

Select your calendar type: Apple, Google, Office 365, Outlook, Outlook.com, or Yahoo.

A calendar (.ics) file will download automatically.

Yes, the sessions are completely free to attend. We encourage you to login and have a look around at your convenience.

Recorded sessions will appear under the “Past Recordings” section a few days after the session took place.
